Compiling Error Location Flexfield

Dear Guru,

We are facing an issue when we click on Compiling button on Location Flexfield  so it was not successfully compile.

Error : APP-FND-00668 - The data that defne the flexfield on this field may be inconsistent. inform your system administrator that the function FDFRKS could not find the structure definition for the flexfield specify by application = & APPL, Code = Loc # structure number = 101 (APPID= 140 )

Please help someone its most critical issue, other wise we are not going to fianalization in testing.
