Pick only within a zone?

We are using Advanced Warehouse and we have a situation where we would like to run pick requests specific to a zone in our warehouse, and if the order lines can be filled from only within this zone, then they should go to 545.  If the order lines can be partially filled from inventory within this zone, I would like to see the order line split and the partial fill advanced to 545.  If the order line cannot be filled at all from this zone, the line should be left at 540 without anything changing.  Is that possible to do
