How can we manage cross Legal Entity Asset Maintenance in Oracle eAM

Hi guys

How can we manage cross legal entity asset maintenance

For example there is scenario that a company having Centralized Maintenance Center will provide services to the all the hospital and as well across the legal entities             need to raise AR invoices and need to capture inter company transactions as well

Now Here can any one describe how it will be manage in Oracle Enterprise Asset Management
