How to restrict transfer of data Secondary for a specific BSV

Hi,

We have a below scenario:-

Primary Ledger:- PL with two LE's. LE1 is associated with BSV (070) and LE2 is associated with BSV (071).

Secondary Ledger:- SL (linked to above PL)

Data conversion from Primary to Secondary:- Sub ledger level.

Now, our client is requirement, Secondary ledger should receive data of only 070 and it should not receive data of 071.

How can we acheive this without going with option of separate ledgers?

Note:- We are on R12.2.4
