Flash Messages in Service Order Entry - P90CD002
Is there away to link the update of Flash messages on the SWM Address book record for a Customer or Site with the Temporary credit message and force it to be Priority so it is clear on the screen that the Customers account is on hold.
As there is no way of automatically putting a Service Order on hold based on credit limit ( as there is in SOP), My customer needs some way of highlighting that the account is on hold an the WO should not be progressed.
While flash messages appears to give this information it reals on a manual process of updating the flash message on the address book SWM record , a hugh overheard and relies on manual intervention.
