Unable to execute the Diagnostic Test for all Applications for my User

Hi Support,

                  I have a Issue with Application Diagnostics, where I want to perform Diagnostics Test for a Invoice. when I select Application as Payables & when I click on Invoice Field, it is unable to drill down, with which it is unable to drill down to Invoice Data Field. Please advice why am unable to execute the Diagnostic Test for my User.

Note : Am unable to execute the Diagnostic Test for all Applications like Payables, receivables Etc only for my User, where I can execute the Test from the other User credentials. Please advice.
