Order management Approval Process

Dear All

As my knowledge there is no approval process for sales order, and we have version 12.1.3 that we cannot use AME Also.

i use quote as workaround and and i have the following question.

1- the person who receive notification, how he can view the attachment. for example in PO, all attachment retrieved with the notification and user can click on any attachments

2- how the creator or requester can view the action history 

3- can the user open the document from the notifications and add more attachment ?
