After upgrading to RDBMS version to 11.2.0.4.0, the Form fails with the following in R12.1.1 version

FRM-40735: ON_ERROR trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01001.

FND-01564: ORACLE error 1000 in audfrm

Cause: audfrm failed due to ORA-01000: maximum open cursors exceeded

  

The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was: &SQLSTMT and was executed from the file &ERRFILE.

need to reestablish your session
