How the request(not task) will be dispaly in the dispatch center

The incoming call will be created as request in some system. Now I am scheduling the request using advance scheduler web services functionality. I want to know how can I see the scheduled or assigned requests in dispatch centre and which tables these data will be stored in the field service.
