RPAS Fusion Client US/UK formating

Hello everybody,

Our users want different date format for US and UK in Fusion Client. We have a really difficult time defining separate "rpasBundle.properties" for US and UK. We tried several language codes (en_GB,en_UK,en_US) but they didn't work. The only one that seems to be working is the "en" one but when that's in place, browsers with both US and UK regional settings use this one and not the default one. It seems that no different formats can be defined for the several English language flavors, although that's possible for the Chinese language.
