Unable to create security profile for Assets!

Experts please advise... I have tried multiple time, with no luck, creating security profile for security by book feature for fa but no success.. Below is the sequence of my steps....

1. Created a business group - XYZ CORP

2. Assigned operating unit, legal entity and HR organization as purpose to it.

3. Later added Asset organization to the business group.. Specified the books in others tab.

4. Defined hierarchies for business group and selected business group under organization name.

5. When creating security profile I choose select organization hierarchy and hierarchy defined at step 4 is not visible.

I have also tried creating asset organizations instead of making business group as asset organization and still no luck.
