Auto populate employees in People in hierarchy or My list in MSS

Hi All,

How to we auto populate a group of employees in People in hierarchy/My List in Manager self service. Basically People in hierarchy will show only direct and indirect reporters. Optionally we can use My List to add employees based on a set of criteria and perform transaction.

My client requirement is employees in a particular organisation should be visible automatically in people in hierarchy or my list under a manager login . I have created a custom security profile to restrict the list of employees based on organisation hierarchy.

Please guide me.
