Calculate PDBAs without Vertex Installed.-

Hello All

Is there a way to run and calculate Benefits or Accruals without having Vertex Installed?

We are testing a solution for customer regarding PDBAs, however they don't have Vertex installed. The idea is to show them how the Pay stub looks like. We've populated Benefits, Accruals and Deductions. We are using calculations tables as well as Wage Attachments and now we need to run pre payroll.
