Enteprise server jde.ini has two entries for UBESendMessage

Hello,

In Enterprise server jde.ini I see there are two entries for UBESendMessage, secondly I see one entry is UBESendMessage=0 and other one is ubeSendMessage=1 with values 0 and 1 and small letter 'u' is used for ubeSendMessage.

PFB the jde.ini with UBE section.
