Is there a way to rebuild a missing F43121 record?

Hello all. We made a reception for a stock item on a PO, and records appear on F4311, F0911, F4111, F41021 but not F43121. Not sure if this is related to the bugs in doc 625685.1. Is there a way to rebuild this record? Or only by an SQL insert?
