Project performance reporting

We have a requirement in Oracle Projects for a reporting snapshot which can give an overview of Project expenditures,Commitments,Sales, Budgets, Forecasts, Margin Analysis, ETC, EAC, POC, Billing, Revenue and all the kind of transactions against a project and also drill down to those each details. Please advise which tool or reporting engine can be adopted for such.We are currently looking at project Analytics as an option, but not sure about it's capabilities and drill down options. I would appreciate if you can share any presentation or document of such implementation you have done before.
