Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

I see that the database ID "CAI' in our instances. Can we know whether this ID is standard ID or a custom ID.

How can we determine whether it is a custom ID or a standard ID.
