SQL database Params for BI Publisher

We are trying to set up the BIP Database for our new sandbox environment for Siebel. We are using Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 on a Windows Enterprise server. We are trying to determine the collation that is recommended for the new database? The Siebel databases are using “Latin1_General_BIN”. We have an option to install this server on the same database as the sandbox Siebel server. The typical SQL collation used for non Siebel databases is “SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS”.  Also please comment if we should turn on the following parameters ...


ALLOW_SNAPSHOT_ISOLATION

READ_COMMITTED_SNAPSHOT
