SDM Questions

We are trying to create an SDM module in our sandbox environment for a potential client.

Attched is a sample of their schedules that we want to create templates and reports.

I have the following questions:

1.  In the SDM sample, the total of the detailed transactions is being loaded into HFM.  In my client scenario, we do not need to load/push data into HFM.

The schedules require details of the account balances in HFM.  We need to retrieve data from HFM to validate the the sum of the input details tie.  Can I do this and how?

2.  If I do not need to push data to HFM, can I just set my workflow to just Preparer and Reviewer?  I do not need Integrator?
