Why is the ACT EW test score not displaying on the Unofficial transcript

Here is my scenario.  On the Test Results page we have a student test score entered for Test ID ACT - Component EW (Combined English Writing).  When I run an UNOFFICIAL Transcript (Records and Enrollment > Transcripts > Transcript Request) all of this students test scores displayed on the UNOFFICIAL transcript match what is displayed on the Test Results (Records and Enrollment > Transfer Credit Evaluation > Test Results) with the exception of the ACT EW test. 

The UNOFFICIAL Transcript prints out a line item for the ACT EW test but the score is 0 and the 0 score does not match what is displayed on the Test Results page.
