Webadi Unable to see Oracle ribbon tab in Excel 2013

Recently upgrade to Office 2013.  I'm able to download webadi template in Excel 2013 and able to use list of values.  But there is no way to upload, as the Oracle ribbon tab does not appear.  Did anyone else have this issue?
