LDAP retry validation through OSB

IHAC that is making the following question:

We need that the credentials validation made form OSB over ldap, must validate the retries of the user so it can block the user in case of failed passwords. Actually, this functionality is being controlled by OAM. Is it possible to enable the retry validation of credentials using LDAP protocol?
