Validation failed for the field - Shipping Method

Hi,

I am facing an issue where;

- defined a freight carrier with all the setups with effective date

- done the setup in Carrier Service Levels

- have also assigned to organization assignment

- have defined the SCAC code in DFF

But now, when I wanted to apply this freight carrier on previous order line through mass change (for awaiting shipping' lines) it is not showing the freight carrier in the system.

Can anyone please help me to figure out what steps I have missed out. Or why this below error is occurring.

ORA-01403: no data found in Package oe_util Procedure Pre_Write_Process
