Total Comp Wizard - Coverage Restriction Errors

Hello -

I'm in Std. Benefits. EBS 12.1.3.

I'm running into an error when going through the Total Compensation Wizard -> Update a Health and Welfare Program -> Plans and Options. I go through updating a Plan w/ New Options and Coverage. When attempting to update a Life Insurance Plan and when I get to Step 4, "Coverage Restrictions", I get stopped with an error:

"You are required to specificy if designations are to be allowed as percent or monetary amount."

We don't use any of the fields in the Coverage Restriction Section. I'd like to move forward to the "Rates" step to test our new rates.
