Updating Currency Rate in ARM

Client user noticed that the currency rates that are sent from the source system sent a bad rate for a certain country. The source system was able to manually correct the rate.

However, in ARM we have not been able to find how to update the currency rate that to reflect the correct value.

We have tried to use these instructions.

Editing Currency Rates

ä To edit currency rates:

1 In Account Reconciliation Manager, select Manage, and then select Currency Rates.

2 Click Edit.

3 Edit the currency rate and then click OK.

4 Click Close.


...and then re-run the data file.  It still uses the wrong rate.
