Inbound refinery converted PDF issue

Hi,

We are using Inbound Refinery to convert .doc files into PDF having version 1.4. We have enabled PDF Export for the same. But the converted file does not have the correct page numbering, bullet points are also missing. Is there any other mechanism to output PDF 1.4 using Inbound refinery without corrupting data of the output file?

-Content server Version:11gR1-11.1.1.7.0-idcprod1-140808T105657 (Build:7.3.4.184).

Any pointers are appreciated.
