ACA progess on testing files with the IRS

Hi - I was wondering if Oracle can comment on progress with being able to test the 1094-C and 1095-C files with the IRS.  It looks like the IRS released their test system in late July 2015 for companies to test the 2014 file version of the 1094 and 1095 forms.  The IRS has not yet published when the test system will be available for 2015 file formats to be tested, but indicated on one of their webinars that they expect it to be released in early November. It does appear they have released technical specifications for the file for
