Change the Calling of the FROM-URI-User based in the Called of TO/Request-URI-User

HI Fellows, sorry for bother you,
I would like to know if we have the way to do this changes in the SD for the following scenarios:

Suppose that I have the following Uri-User

(calling number=507-8341111)

Then Scenarios 1:
A=8307365(a broadsoft user)
B=6670xxxx or 6671xxxx or 6672xxxx (Prefix of Cable and Wireless- Mobile Pstn Users)

In this case I would like to do the following:
Change A=66000000 and  add a mask or Prefix before the called, example:
A=66000000
B=1116670xxxx or 1116671xxxx or 1116672xxxx (depend wich was the number that the broadsoft user dial).
