Hi All,

I am using siebel email templates from Admin-communications.This template is having advanced items based on Order and Order line items.

I am using "Outbound communication manager" BS to send email.I have used "Create Request" method.

Now i have a requirement to add "Cc" and "Bcc" list as well while sending email.I am not sure how to do without using much scripting.

Please share your inputs.

Note:My understanding is If i use "Send Message" method i can add "Cc" and "Bcc" but cannot use template from Admin-communications.
