Territory Adminisatrtion page opening issue when using different responsibility

Hello,

Iam encountering an issue opening Territory Administration HTML page.

When using Service responsibility and navigation via Territory Management>Territory Manager>Territory Administration. Able to open Territory Administration HTML page without any issue.

When using Depot Repair Super User responsibility  and navigating via Service Request >Territory Management>Territory Manager>Territory Administration . Getting error message "You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact system administrator for assistance.

Attached screenshot with details.

Any assistance on the issue is really appreciated.
