Difference of Employee View Balances and Standard Balances window and how to disable the first.

Hi,

We're into Oracle R12.1.3 HCM with  Oracle DB 12.1.0.2.0

Responsibility: Global Super HRMS Manager

Navigation: View > Assignment Process Results > Balances <button>

In 11i, we don't see LOV once we click on the Balances button. In R12, we're seeing two.

Is there a way to disable the other?
