Oracle EBS Assets - Depreciation Method

We have a requirement to define depreciation method in the following way:

If an asset is purchased before 15th of a period (Month), then full depreciation will be charged for that month, but if the asset is purchased on or after 15th of the month, then no depreciation should be charged for that month.

Please advise how this can be defined in Oracle EBS Assets.
