Installing Weblogic 12C and OBIEE 11g on separate server

Hi Oracle,

I have plan to Installing OBIEE 11.1.1.9.0 on Windows 2012 which now my Web server that currently have Weblogic 12C. My question, It's will have any issue when install OBIEE and Weblogic 12C in the same server. Because with OBIEE install it will use Weblogic 10.3.6. Or it's a good practise to install OBIEE and Weblogic 12C in separate server?Please advise. Thanks.
