weblogic server (10.3.6) installation on windows2008 64 bit

Hi all i want to install web logc server on windows2008 64 bit , i installed oracle jRockit and the home is JAVA_HOME=C:\Java\jdk1.6.0_39,

after that i want to install the web logic server (10.3.6),

I run this command : C:\>java -jar  c:\web-logic-server\wls1036_generic.jar

it opens oracle installation screen and immediate exit and give the message : Fatal Error has occured. This application will terminate.
