How to Cancel or Delete Golden Tax Invoice Records within the Golden Tax Invoice Workbench?
Hello.
Our issue reproduce steps:
- Submit Concurrent Request to Import Golden Tax Invoice:
Responsibility: Golden Tax Adaptor(Mainland China Only)
Submit the Request: Receivables Transfer to Golden Tax Adaptor
2.Query the Golden Tax Invoice and did actions:
Path: Golden Tax Adaptor(Mainland China Only)-->Golden Tax Invoices-->Golden Tax Invoice Workbench:
For the end user gave some wrong actions to these records above. We want to delete or cancel these records and resubmit the concurrent “Receivables Transfer to Golden Tax Adaptor” to transfer AR Transactions to the Golden Tax Invoice Workbench. But the Delete icon within the toolbar is disabled and we can’t delete these records but this icon.
