Credit information missing in oracle EBS while importing

While we import credit card information from a third party system, the API arp_bank_pkg.process_cust_bank_account throws an error OE_VPM_CC_ACCT_NOT_SET. But when we reprocess it again, it is getting processed and credit card information gets updated successfully.

Anybody has come across this error OE_VPM_CC_ACCT_NOT_SET from the API arp_bank_pkg.process_cust_bank_account??

Please provide your inputs if any.
