Question: Upgrading Tools Release

Hello,

We are getting ready to upgrade our TR to the latestest and greatest. Currently we are using TR:9.1.0.5

I would like to know what I need to do for pre and post upgrade, with regards to backup and testing?

Are there any guides out there or layouts as to what should be tested ect.?
