Inputs on how to sync data between EPMA Planning and HFM applications

Hello Experts -

Greetings !!

I need inputs to know the different ways to synchronize the data between Hyperion planning and HFM applications.

Version : 11.1.2.3.500
EPMA Enabled : Both HFM and Planning are EPMA applicattions.

I knew we had synchronize option to sync the data between different hyperion applications. But when i checked i can only see planning as destination for planning source and HFM as destination for HFM source applications.

Appreciate any quick help on this.
