Partial Shipment not allowed - Backorder release.

Hello,

I have a problem to release a backorder.

I had two lines (same item, not the same quantity), I released the second line but impossible to release the other one --> Partial Shipment not allowed.

Can you explain me how to allow Partial shipment.
