Want to connect to SIEBEL TOOL Production database from SIEBEL TOOL Sample Database

Hi,

I just installed a Siebel Tool 8.1.1.11 on my desktop with sample database (sse_samp.dbf) and not connected to any other database (Local, Server). for training purposes.

My DEV, SIT, UAT and PROD servers are running using Siebel 8.1.1.0 tools installed on the server. Thus, can I use the Siebel Tool on my desktop to be connected to the production servers's .dbf file (server)? If yes, can you guide me on how to enable it?
