Oracle Linux Baremetal recovery

Dears,

Kindly let me know the possibility of preparing Baremetal recovery of Oracle Linux 6 installed in a physical box .

Please inform we do have HP Dataprotector 9.03 as enterprise backup application but not supported for Oracle Linux Baremetal recovery.

Is it possible to prepare recovery image created through network and can be used when disaster comes ? ..something similar to HPUX-Ignite Recovery.

Also we are considering option to migrate P2V to our Microsoft HyperV environment so we can take image backup using HP Dataprotector ,  but here we dont have Microsoft tool to do P2V.

Any ideas or procedures to support us will be really appreciated.
