Error In RDA:Exception occured in RDAACT

Hello,

I am getting this error while taking diagnostic test ofr payables:

ERROR - Exception occured in RDAACT
ACTION - oracle.apps.fnd.oam.diagnostics.exception.DiagnosticsException: Command executed in the underlying Operating System hasn't exited successfully. Please look into the log for more details

How can i resolve this?
