How can one default locators at the time of transacting in inter-org transfer?

I have set up Locators in an inventory organization but while transferring goods to that organization the locators are not defaulting for the inventory item. The Locators have been setup in the inventory item as well and also enabled in the subinventory. By inserting the locator manually, it's working ok but I need it to come automatically when the inventory item is selected for transfer. How can I achieve this?
