IP2015 PS2:- Repository export failing due to records in table S_APPL_WT_IT_RX

Our Repository export is failing due to records in table S_APPL_WT_IT_RX. Error message is - "S_APPL_WT_IT_RX, row: null has foreign key: <> has not been defined in parent table  S_APPL_WT_IT.

This table "S_APPL_WT_IT_RX" is not present in IP2014. Is it a new table in IP2015. Google and Oracle support search is blank on this table. Any idea what does it signify.
