Dashboard(summary of all modules) report for Finance

I am a technical person, and got a request to create a Summary Report for Financials for higher management.

The report might include the following:

Account payable summary(the total open amount, paid amount etc)

Account receivable summary

Fixed assets etc.

Is there some thing exist in the standard reports ?

If not, can anybody guide me to create the report. Thanks.
