How to Cleanup Products ,Classes and Attributes and Pricing ?

Dear Experts,

We have a Dev Environment where we have  Junk Products aslo. My Plan is to Referesh the Dev Environmet with Production Products and Pricing information.

1) How to First Cleanup the Dev Product and Pricing information ?

Once Cleanup i can import all the Products and Pricing and Eligibility Compatibility Rules so that I can ensure my Dev is now in sync with Production.

Please Suggest the approach.

Intention is If i Cleanup , then Junk products will be Cleaned, and I can smoothly import the product without any conflicts (if some product conflicts present).
