release a backorder issue

Hello,


I have a problem to release a backorder. I've already sent the problem and a user told me how to activate/desactivate the flag. Now I open a new discussion because I wanted to add my word file with screenshots.


Can you, please, look at this word file.


I don't understand what's happening, so please help me
