Delete button is coming greyout for Unposted Journals for some users

Hi,

While trying to delete Unposted Journals , from 'Enter Journal' and 'Review Journal' Form, the Option for delete button is greyed out, while it is enabled for few users.

Steps to replicate the Issue :-

1) Search for the journals you want to review from Enter Journal Screen

2) In the 'Enter Journal' screen, try to delete Journals.

3) Also click on Review journals and try to delete journals.

There is no Form Personalizations on the Forms . Is there any Profile option, which restricts some users from deletion of Unposted Journals.
