Cannot open Siebel Web Composer after inactivating Contact BC

Hi,

We thought of testing Siebel IP2015 in a standalone development environment. We tried inactivating the Contact Business Component and we have did a Publish. The changes are reflected in the tools also.

But when we try to open the Siebel Webcomposer we are not able to login and we are getting the Server busy error.

//We would like to mention that the Siebel Web Composer was opening fine before inactivating the BC//

We have checked the logs and we can find that in the SwtToolsObjMgr log as the following error.

"SBL-DAT-00465: Multi valued link 'Contact' refers to nonexistent business component 'Contact' in business component definition for 'List Mgmt Lists'"
