SQL database Params for BI Publisher

We are setting up the BIP Database for our new sandbox environment for Siebel. Using Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 on a Windows Enterprise server. We are trying to determine the COLLATION that is recommended for the new database? The Siebel databases are using “Latin1_General_BIN”. We have an option to install this server on the same database as the sandbox Siebel server. The typical SQL collation used for non Siebel databases is “SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS”.  Kindly advice  if we should turn on the following parameters ...


ALLOW_SNAPSHOT_ISOLATION

READ_COMMITTED_SNAPSHOT

Also please comment on the recommended SIZE of the DB. We do not intend to use the scheduler.
